Montycat is a high-performance NoSQL database engine. The Service includes the database server software, client libraries, documentation, APIs, and any related tools provided by MontyGovernance.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, MontyGovernance grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
- Sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Service without authorization
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from proprietary components
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service
